MOTHER AND CHILD….a painted love

THE MOTHER AND CHILD

THE MOTHER AND CHILD

Mother & child

A painted love

“Hey dude, I am coming today evening.” One of my best friends told me over the phone. These few words are very much enough to say, cancel all your plans for the eve or I’ll kick your ass man. This is the way we have been actually communicating since our college days. It’s normal and formal too for us. Ha ha ha.

“Let’s watch a movie”. I said to myself and popped out my mobile from my right pocket of my jeans. I watched half of it then I got bored. Wow you would have been thinking what a man, got bored of the movie 300. Yes indeed. As I said about ‘the interest’ and ‘the state of mind’ in my previous article, today also I was not interested in watching the movie. Few hours later in the evening he came and we went for a movie (again!!) and then had diner with the coke & whisky. After drinking much we came at my room. He picked up the sketch book and said, “Wow, you mad all these sketches?” asked in amusement. “Yes, indeed.” I said kept my head held high. (You know after drinking much what happens. Hehehe).

Flipping the pages, watching my work he stopped on a sketch. “Hey, nice work dude. But why did u made the mother nude?” He asked me like a naïve in art. Then I explained to him for 15 min.

“I made nude because I want to show an actual mother’s love. If I have made her in clothes then I have few choices. It means, I would have to make more sketches to explain it.

“More sketches. How?” He asked me.

“See, if I give her jeans and top, then the message will be on modern day’s mother. On the other hand it would be like; the mother who has money can give love to her child. But money can’t buy the love. If I would have made her like poor woman then the message will favour the poor mothers. Still the message is not including the mothers in the whole world which was my motto for this sketch. So I made her nude.”

He was listening all what I was saying to him like a guru giving the “GYAAN” to his student. He he he . I think you would have got me why I wrote the word in capital if you would have been meeting the people who speaks every where, whatever may be the condition, (NETA, in short, ha ha ha).

“Mind blowing yar.” He said as if he got every word of my speech. (We are engineers. So, I think it’s well enough to say. Ha ha ha.)

“Ok. I got you. But tell me (here the engineer goes on his way.) You put the child in front of her vagina. You could have put the child opposite to her breasts. And you didn’t cover her breasts, but the vagina, why?” Good question indeed. (It was the famous cause and effect kind of situation. He asked this question because of the whisky, and the effect we all know. He he he).

“My dear friend, (Whisky engineer guru started again) if I put the child opposite to her breasts, then the vagina would be open. The mother will not be mother at all. It will be like the prostitute, even if I cover it with clothes or any other thing. Why would I have made breasts open, because these are the symbol of feminine, symbol of the mother, the milk feeding organs. That’s why I didn’t cover them.”

“I got you bro. You made this after a long and hard fucking  thinking man.” He said. “Ok dude, it’s the time to move my ass. See you soon” he said. We shook hands said good bye. This is the story over only one sketch that I have made. I want to share this with you. THE MOTHER AND CHILD. A PAINTED LOVE…

WHAT’S ON YOUR MIND?

“Let’s write something.” I said to my self. Most of my friends have been started writing since college days. Their articles always inspired me to write & still I get inspired by them. Remembering those days I picked up a pen & a diary (not my personal diary. Actually I don ‘t have & I hate to keep the same). I started digging my heart & mind to find out something to write about.

Juggling the pen, oscillating my toes, eyes closed & listening light music. I was doing everything except thinking.

“What should I write?” I asked myself. Thinking. Thinking & thinking. Few minutes passed then minutes turned into hours. I actually started thinking, not about what to write but about the other things (don’t’ ask I will not tell you, you).

“Let’s have a cigarette.” I said to myself & lit one. Smoking & making doodles in the air, but the page is still blank.

“Fuck off.” I said, closed the diary, and threw the pen & myself too on the bed. After few seconds I got up, took my sketch book & a pencil, adjusted the chair in the balcony, feet on the top of the railing & was studying the sky. After sometime I started doodling down on the sheet. A sketch started to appear from that graphite made doodles. No singing, no oscillating, and no cigarette, only my hand was moving on the blank space. Finally after 2 hours, 36 minutes & 18 seconds, I finished the sketch. “Wow, it’s too good man.” I said to myself.

Hey! Wait. Wait. I am not here to bore you. There is a reason to say above all. Are you asking why? Do you know imagination is big ‘STAN’ (breasts) for human? Sab chupakar rakhte hai, per batata koi nahi. He he he.. Remember this dialogue. Yup you guessed right. These are the words of Chatur Ramalingam. The gas chamber. Well, he is not the centre of attraction here, but Ranchod Das Shyamaldas Chanchad is. Many times he said to FARAHANitrate & preRAJUlisation , “kamyabi ke peeche mat bhago, kabil bano. Kamyabi to saala jhak markar peeche aayegi.” He means, “don’t run after success, be eligible.”

“wo Cheez karo jisme tumhara interest ho.” “Do the things, in which you are really interested.”

Later on I realised that this dialogue really holds good in real life too. That’s the reason behind the completion of my sketch in a single timeline.

Do you know the interest is nothing but one’s state of mind? It depends upon, how one is feeling or what he/she wants? Whatever one thinks, it reflects in his/her body language. Let me elaborate you.

How many times you have felt exhausted in office or at home or anywhere? What did you think in that situation? What was your first reaction? “I am so tired yar.” Right? Definitely this would have been the first thing on your mind.

Let’s test your self. Think, ‘I am boring and nothing is good around me.’ When you think like this, immediately your body will reflect your state of mind. Why did you act like this?

Here you have another one. Think that you have a cold, though you don’t have but after several repetition of this kind of thought you will automatically start sniffing.

This all are excuses. This is the reason behind this much long piece which I have written. This is not the end because, “picture … abhi baaki hai mere dost.”. To be contd…
